this fellas name is Azog
he is the shaman/oracle of the tribesman called 'Dwellers'
can also breath black flames
has a black ooze that slowly falls out of mouth, nose, eyes, hooves, and tail.
sharp horns on front shoulders and back legs.
is constantly haunted by nightmares of the past, he has chosen isolation.
Azog's appearance could give someone quite a shock but once acquainted with,
they soon realize he is a harmless being. He admires most of nature and is oblivious to
his natural effect on plants and streams... once touched by his hooves or mouth,
they become lifeless and diluted. He does not wish this to happen but he is much
to curious not to interact with new surroundings/objects.
"upon going to his favorite part of the Dwellers Mountains (a beautiful cascading
waterfall) he stumbled upon Aislinn, a gorgeous isolated mare. He was shy and stand-offish
at first. Just watching her bath in the light blue/clear waters. Aislinn spotted Azog staring
behind brush and called out to him immediately. Shocked, Azog slowly approached her.
They stood in silence, Azog had lowered his head and was just slightly looking up at her
to meet her gaze. Aislinn was curious. She knelt her head down and reached her muzzle
out to him, as it gazed his whiskers Azog yanked his head back in fright and stumbled around
in the water. Aislinn blurted out a giggle and instantly became curious with his nature.
She noticed his peculiar characteristics, and seeing that the longer they stood in this
clear blue water, the more it started to darken from Azogs hooves. She walked him out of
the pond and made him look at what he had done. Azog was frightened and deeply sad
that he had done this to his favorite escape. She showed him his own hooves and the black
ooze that slowly seeped out, he was ashamed of himself and what he was. Aislinn saw through
this and understood is nature, she decided to help him understand himself.
For weeks they would go on walks through the mountains and each time Azog knelt down to
smell a flower, she assured him that it was okay and that he just needs to be gentle. Azog began
to understand that distance from beauty, can me more satisfying. Although Azog was riddled with
imperfections and troubles, Aislinn was not the perfect soul either. She was haunted by memories
as well. She was given the power of Dream Cleansing when she was just a filly, learning to help
other and their troubled thoughts and dreams. She could seep into their minds and like a cloth,
just wipe away the dark images.
Although this was such a wonderful gift, Aislinn was in return haunted by the dreams she had cleansed.
Together, they would help each other through their dark destinies. Aislinn would often wake up through
